  1. Form a group who wants the Extraordinary form Mass.
  2. Aproach the pastor informally about the desires of your group.
  3. According to Summorum Pontificum, the pastor must provide for the desires of this group; so if he refuses, contact the bishop.
  4. If there is no response from the bishop, then contact the Ecclesia Dei Commission in Rome.
